Our standard jar candles have a burn time of approximately 40 hours. For the best burn, trim the wick to 5mm before each use and allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn.
Each snap bar gives approximately 20+ hours of fragrance. Break off one or two cubes at a time and pop them in your wax burner. When the scent fades, simply remove the wax and replace with a fresh cube.
Yes! All our candles and wax melts are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We use organic soy wax and premium fragrance oils — no animal products or testing, ever.
We do! UK Standard Delivery is £3.50 (3–5 working days), and it's free on orders over £25. We ship Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns on items that have been lit or used. If your order arrives damaged, get in touch within 7 days with a photo and we'll sort it out. Unopened gift sets can be returned within 14 days.
